These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and RajaGames Pvt. Ltd. ("RajaGames," "we," "us"). By registering, accessing, or using the RajaGames platform (website, mobile application, and related services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Eligibility
To use RajaGames, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of India in a state where participation in skill-based online games for real money is legally permitted
- Not be a resident of Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, or Telangana (where such activities are restricted)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be a RajaGames employee, director, officer, or their immediate family members
2. Account Registration
2.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2.3 You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2.4 You must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before making deposits or withdrawals. KYC documents accepted include government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID) and proof of bank account.
3. Game Rules and Fair Play
3.1 All games on RajaGames are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by the skill, knowledge, and experience of the players.
3.2 The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:
- Use of any automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Collusion or coordination with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Chip dumping or any form of match-fixing
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Any other form of cheating or fraudulent behaviour
3.3 RajaGames reserves the right to void any game, tournament, or transaction if there is evidence of fraud, technical error, or system malfunction.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 The minimum deposit amount is ₹50. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a bank account in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to your verified bank account within 60 minutes to 24 hours, subject to security checks.
4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts.
4.5 RajaGames reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawals to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
4.6 Bonus credits, if any, are subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly.
5. Taxes and Legal Compliance
5.1 All winnings on RajaGames are subject to applicable taxes under Indian law, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per the Income Tax Act 1961 (Section 194BA).
5.2 TDS at the applicable rate will be deducted from net winnings above the threshold amount as per current tax regulations. Users are responsible for filing their own income tax returns and declaring their gaming income.
5.3 RajaGames will provide TDS certificates (Form 16A) as required by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users
- Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
- Engage in money laundering or any other financial crime
7. Intellectual Property
All content on RajaGames, including games, graphics, logos, text, software, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of RajaGames Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RajaGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
RajaGames's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 In case of any dispute, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.
9.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be India.
9.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
